Job summary

Cornerstone Health is seeking a Radiographer for Our Medical Radiology, a brand-new modern radiology clinic co-located within a larger medical centre. You will deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging, support clinical decision-making, and contribute to outstanding patient outcomes in a collaborative environment.

You will have current AHPRA registration, experience in IV cannulation and contrast administration, and the ability to clearly communicate findings to radiologists and referring

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Radiographer.
• Experience delivering diagnostic imaging including IV cannulation and contrast administration.
• Ability to identify and effectively communicate findings to radiologists and referring practitioners.
• Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service with patients and healthcare professionals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Radiographer to join our team at Our Medical Radiology. This is a brand new medical centre with a modern radiology clinic co-located.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, integrated healthcare environment where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services, supporting clinical decision-making, and contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.

You will enjoy a high degree of professional autonomy, working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in patient care. Our Medical Oakleigh is next door to Oakleigh Central and only a few minutes walk from Oakleigh train station.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging across a range of modalities in a professional and efficient manner
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience, ensuring comfort, safety, and clear communication throughout
• Work closely with referring practitioners to support timely and accurate clinical outcomes
• Maintain the highest standards of imaging quality, compliance, and radiation safety
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
• Support a collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You

You are a confident and experienced Radiographer who is committed to clinical excellence and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

You will bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Radiographer and relevant radiation licensing
• Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services including IV cannulation and contrast administration
• Proven ability to identify and effectively communicate findings to radiologists referring practitioners
• Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage both patients and healthcare professionals
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• A strong commitment to best practice, patient care, and continuous improvement
