Qualifications

• Greater than 10 years clinical practice.
• Experience in radiation therapy practice and team supervision.
• Engagement with continuing professional development.

• Ability to implement and lead change.
• Ability to initiate and manage clinical projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality radiation therapy and clinical leadership at BAROC.
• Oversee daily radiation therapy operations, staffing, safety, and outcomes.
• Plan service development, workforce, finances, and infrastructure.
• Mentor and develop a large team of radiation therapists.
• Collaborate with ONJ and BAROC leadership to drive innovation and cross-site initiatives.
