Job summary

Austin Health's Ballarat Radiation Oncology Centre is seeking a Radiation Therapy Manager to lead high-quality radiation therapy services at the BAROC site. You will provide professional leadership, oversee operations, workforce, safety, and service development for a patient-centred program.

Reporting to the BAROC leadership team, you will drive clinical excellence, implement innovative technologies, and collaborate across sites to align with Austin Health’s strategic objectives and teaching

Qualifications

• Greater than 10 years clinical practice.
• Experience in radiation therapy practice and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of quality and safety issues.
• Engagement with continuing professional development.
• Experience in team supervision in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Finance management experience.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Effective communication skills.
