Job summary

GenesisCare in Australia is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our Norwest clinic on a permanent, full-time basis, with a 4-day week. You will deliver high-quality radiation therapy and planning, across treatment and planning using contemporary technology, as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Radiation Therapy, current AHPRA registration, and experience with Monaco Treatment Planning System; familiarity with Elekta Unity MR Linac is highly

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to $130,653 + superannuation, dependent on experience.

More Specifically, You Will

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatment and planning in accordance with clinical protocols and best practice.
• Undertake treatment, simulation and planning responsibilities across the department.
• Work collaboratively as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver an exceptional standard of patient care.
• Ensure radiation therapy processes and procedures are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administration in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and the continuous improvement of our clinical services.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• A Bachelor degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Current registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated technical competence across radiation therapy treatment, simulation and planning.
• Knowledge of contemporary radiation therapy modalities and techniques.
• An interest in continuing to develop professionally across all areas of the department, including planning and the Elekta Unity MR Linac.
• Experience with the Monaco Treatment Planning System would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A patient-focused approach and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care.
