Silentium Defence in Australia is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to own system integration and testing across hardware, software and firmware. You will plan, execute and document tests, investigate faults and provide evidence that systems meet requirements, with a focus on reliability and quality.

You’ll collaborate with development and production teams, strengthen test automation and regression testing, and contribute to Defence-focused radar capability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or systems engineering is required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to write clear technical plans, procedures and reports.
• Strong communication, planning and prioritisation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement integration and test strategies, plans, and test parameters.
• Integrate and test hardware, software, and firmware across complex radar systems.
• Design, set up and maintain test environments for development and verification.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and fixtures to improve coverage.
• Analyse results and communicate findings through technical reports.
• Investigate faults with engineers to support resolution and verify fixes.
• Plan and conduct factory acceptance testing for customer delivery.
• Improve integration and testing processes while supporting standards and safety practices.
