Job summary

Armstrong Flooring, Australia\'s only manufacturer of resilient floor coverings, invites applications for Process Workers on permanent full-time contracts. Roles involve production line work, machinery operation, packaging, and general factory duties with a strong emphasis on safety.

Must have forklift licence, good numeracy and communication skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required.
• Ability to work as a team member as well as ability to work without supervision.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.

The role may involve (but is not limited to):

• Working on production line
• Operation of machinery
• Packaging finished goods
• General factory duties (including manual handling)
• Production reporting
• Maintaining a safe working environment

We are looking for punctual, adaptable, resourceful, and proactive employees with the following attributes:

• Forklift licence required
• Ability to work as a team member as well as ability to work without supervision
• Manufacturing experience preferred by not essential
• Excellent comprehension of written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and sound numerical skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive and energic attitude.

These positions are full-time roles working day shift, commencing as soon as possible.The roles entail a variety of work, excellent wages, onsite parking and good working conditions.
