Job summary

Future You is partnering with a well-established Australian-owned business for a Territory Sales Manager role in South East Queensland. You will own the Queensland portfolio, grow revenue and develop new opportunities across construction, manufacturing and agribusiness sectors.

In this role you will manage existing customers and pursue new business while collaborating with engineering and service teams to deliver integrated equipment, servicing and software solutions.

Qualifications

• Territory sales experience in industrial/operational environments.
• Experience managing existing accounts while developing new business.
• Strong relationships with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously across a geographic territory.
• CRM discipline and pipeline management.
• Must have full work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio across Queensland.
• Drive new business through outbound activity, networking and referrals.
• Conduct customer site visits and operational assessments.
• Sell integrated solutions across equipment, servicing and software platforms.
• Prepare proposals, pricing and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems.
• Participate in industry events to maintain market presence.
