Job summary

Heidelberg Materials seeks a Quarry Production Supervisor to oversee daily mining and crushing operations at Byford Quarry in Western Australia. You will lead a team, monitor production processes, and drive continuous improvement to meet production targets and safety standards.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will develop your people, manage risks, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a Zero Harm mindset and delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Experience in quarrying, mining, or a related industry; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.
• Results-focused with a commitment to Zero Harm and risk management.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
