Heidelberg Materials Australia is recruiting a Quarry Maintenance and Mining Supervisor at Red Hill Quarry. You will oversee maintenance tasks for daily mining and crushing operations, coordinate an on-site stripping fleet, and report to the Quarry Manager to minimise downtime and optimise performance.

You will lead a team, enforce safety and environmental regulations, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement to achieve production targets while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in quarrying/mining with supervisory duties.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a maintenance-focused team.
• Strong knowledge of crushing plants and heavy equipment.
• Commitment to Zero Harm and regulatory compliance.
