Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a self-motivated Quarry Operator for Kilmore East Quarry. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining a range of heavy equipment on a rotating roster with overtime and weekend work.

You will work with excavators, front-end loaders and dump trucks, perform general labouring tasks, and support a safe, efficient quarry environment in Kilmore East. Training and PPE are provided, with a pathway for career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in quarrying/mining operations is essential.
• Experience operating heavy machinery, including loaders and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day operation and maintenance of vehicles, plant and equipment.
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, front-end loaders and dump trucks.
• Perform general labouring tasks including cleaning, hosing and shovelling.
• Contribute to safe and efficient quarry operations.
