Job summary

Protech have an ongoing position available for an experienced Moxy Operator to join a small team at a quarry in the Ballina area.

Full days with overtime in great conditions with one of the leaders of the construction industry in Australia. Positions will commence immediately on finding a suitable candidate.

Qualifications

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (mandatory).
• Moxy / Haul Truck Licence + Experience.
• White Card.
• Experience operating mobile plant in quarry/mining/civil/heavy industry.
• Experience operating Loaders (with scales), Dump Trucks or similar earthmoving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant and equipment safely and efficiently within a quarry environment.
• Load, move and stockpile quarry materials in line with production requirements.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel to support daily operations.
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain a strong focus on safety and housekeeping.
• Follow site procedures and contribute to a productive team environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Minimal wet weather interruptions
• Rate: $43.15hr + OT
  General daily hours worked are 6:45am-4pm
• Occasional Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate mobile plant and equipment safely and efficiently within a quarry environment
• Load, move and stockpile quarry materials in line with production requirements
• Work collaboratively with site personnel to support daily operations

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
