Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a diverse site-based team.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L and costs.
• Strong safety leadership and compliance focus.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across functions.
• Knowledge of quarry, construction or mining operations.
• Experience with crushing & screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Overall safety performance of the site and incident prevention.
• Drive production targets and site performance against budgets.
• Provide clear team leadership and mentorship to supervisors.
• Oversee environmental compliance and quality Control measures.
• Deliver superior service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and monitor extraction, production and inventory activities.
