Job summary

Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on the delivery of data centre construction projects across Australia.

Based in Sydney, you will work post-contract with general contractors, developers and consultants to track, measure and deliver on all associated project financials. This role offers exposure to the data centre sector and sponsorship options for Working Holiday Visa holders.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or related
• Experienced in the delivery of data centre projects
• Strong understanding of MEP services
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Track, measure and deliver on all project financials post-contract.
• Work closely with general contractors, developers and consultants to track and deliver on financials.
