Job summary

IMC is seeking a Quant Research Intern to work at the intersection of data science, finance, and algorithmic trading. You’ll learn trading concepts, build predictive models, and analyse large market datasets with guidance from senior staff.

You’ll collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers in a high‑performance environment while developing technical and communication skills. A passion for learning and innovation is essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with a strong quantitative background.
• Solid foundation in statistics, mathematics or computational methods.
• Experience applying ML or statistical models to real data is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to present complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an intensive training program on trading concepts and ML techniques.
• Develop predictive models and analyse large market datasets.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers and engineers in a fast-paced setting.
• Present findings through reports and presentations for varied audiences.
