Job summary

Saputo Dairy Australia invites applications for a Quality Systems Administrator at our Leongatha manufacturing site. You will help maintain and strengthen our Quality Management Systems, ensuring regulatory, accreditation and customer requirements are met while collaborating with Quality, Production and other teams.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will support audits, non-conformance, change control and continuous improvement across the site and contribute to site QA performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Food Science or similar.
• Experience in quality or food manufacturing.
• Understanding of basic root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing management and improvement of quality standards, procedures and systems
• Participate in regulatory, accreditation and customer audits, communicating findings and coordinating follow-up actions
• Maintain the Non-Conformance Register and support the timely completion of corrective actions
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, forms and other system documentation
• Coordinate HACCP reviews, including preparation, documentation and follow-up actions
• Maintain the site Quality Master Plan
• Prepare quality system performance summaries to support reporting and reviews
• Support change control processes and monitor compliance
• Contribute to continuous improvement across the Quality team and broader site

Education

Tertiary qualification in Food Science or similar

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Systems Administrator at our Leongatha manufacturing site, where you’ll play an important role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management Systems.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll help ensure our systems continue to meet regulatory, accreditation and customer requirements while partnering closely with Quality, Production and other teams across the site.

You will:
