Job summary

FK is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system across our architecture and design studio network in Australia. You will work closely with project teams to ensure quality is built into delivery, standards are maintained, and documentation is aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience in architecture and design is required, would suit experienced technical leader.
• Knowledge of documentation standards, coordination and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide teams.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail in managing quality records and processes.
• Ability to train and engage teams in quality practices.
• Confidence to promote a culture of quality across all levels of the business.
• Interest in using technology and innovation to improve quality processes.

About the Role

We are currently seeking for a Quality Systems Manager who will be responsible for maintaining and improving FK’s Quality Management System to ensure ongoing ISO 9001 compliance.
