Job summary

Hoban is seeking a Quality Specialist in Swanbank, QLD to ensure beverage quality and safety before reaching customers. The role sits within Suntory Beverage & Food operations and involves hands-on QA in the manufacturing environment.

You will conduct inspections, test products for sugar, pH, colour and carbonation, inspect packaging, and uphold food safety procedures. The position offers a rotating 3-shift roster (Day, Afternoon & Night) with pay of $45 per hour plus shift loading.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Test products for quality specifications such as sugar levels (Brix), pH, colour and carbonation.
• Inspect packaging to ensure bottles, labels and lids meet quality standards.
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
• Investigating quality issues and preventing non-conforming products from reaching customers.
• Working closely with production teams to continuously improve product quality.

Roster: Rotating 3-shift roster (Day, Afternoon & Night), working 5 days per week across a 7-day roster.

Day shift hours may be requested as you standard 5 days per week across a 7-day roster.

Pay Rates: $45.00 per hour + shift loading
