Job summary

Bolton Clarke seeks a Quality & Risk Specialist to support safe, high‑quality care across residential aged care homes. You will work with operational and clinical teams to strengthen compliance with the Quality Management System and ACQSC/NDIS standards.

Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you will conduct audits, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory knowledge and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in clinical governance within aged care or regulated environment.
• Ability to audit, investigate and assess quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits and investigations into incidents, complaints and compliance risks.
• Identify gaps, analyse findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with operational leaders to build governance and compliance capabilities.
• Assist in developing and implementing Plans for Continuous Improvement.
• Monitor risk indicators and identify emerging risks across services.
• Support ACQSC and NDIS audits (on-site or remote).

Reporting to the **Quality Compliance Manager**, you will play a key role in auditing, investigation, analysis and reporting activities to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
