Job summary

The Add Staff Group is recruiting a National Quality Manager to lead quality management across LV & HV switchboard manufacturing for sites in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. The role reports to the National Engineering Manager and focuses on ensuring a robust QMS, audits, CAPA and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement with engineering and manufacturing teams, manage non-conformances, supplier quality and quality reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Management.
• Strong switchboard experience, gained through manufacturing, building or pre-commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.
• Strong understanding of non-conformances, CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Engineering, Quality, Operations, trade or related qualification.
• Experience within sheet metal or structural manufacturing will be highly regarded, along with Lead Auditor or Lean Six Sigma qualifications.

Our client is a well-established National electrical engineering and manufacturing group, with more than 40 years of successful operation across the Industrial, Infrastructure and Construction sectors. The Role

Reporting to the National Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation's Quality Management System, working closely with engineering, manufacturing and project teams to drive consistent quality outcomes across operations.
