Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a quality-focused professional to set up and maintain quality processes across civil asphalt projects in Queensland. You will work with Tier 2/3 contractors and council teams to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

The role emphasizes producing daily quality compliance reports, coordinating with project managers, and creating SWMS/ITP-based plans to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience applying quality processes on civil contracting projects.
• Ability to prepare and maintain quality, safety and environment plans, SWMS, ITPs and reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily quality compliance reports for seal and asphalt work and submit them on time.
• Collaborate with project managers on project requirements.
• Prepare project plans including quality, safety and environment plans, SWMS, ITPs and reports.
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Support management with engineering and administration.
• Plan and schedule daily activities to meet project milestones.
