Job summary

Boral Asphalt, a division of Boral, is seeking a quality-focused professional in Queensland to set up and maintain quality processes across civil contracting projects, working with Tier 2 and 3 contractors and Moreton Regional Council. This high-impact role involves collaboration with project managers and a direct hand in project success.

Qualifications

• Sound health and safety knowledge and practices.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to juggle deadlines.
• Solid understanding of project management methodology.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
• Driven with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily quality compliance reports for seal and asphalt work and submit to the client on time.
• Collaborate with project managers on project requirements.
• Prepare project plans including quality, safety and environment plans, SWMS, ITPs and reports.
• Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Support management with engineering and administration.
• Plan and schedule daily activities to meet project milestones.
