Job summary

Helping Hand is seeking a Quality and Excellence Manager, Home Care, to lead clinical quality and continuous improvement across our Home Care Services in South Australia. Based in Salisbury South, you will provide oversight to the Quality and Service Improvement team and collaborate with the Home Care Leadership Team to ensure compliance with legislation and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Be a tertiary qualified clinician registered with AHPRA
• Have at least 3 years quality management experience
• Strong knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation process, accreditation standards and quality improvement frameworks
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting and project management
