Job summary

LGT Wealth Management is seeking a Quality Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Melbourne. You will ensure Avaloq and platform releases meet quality standards, perform end-to-end sprint testing, and support UAT/PVT cycles with test plans, cases, and defect prioritisation.

You will collaborate with business SMEs, manage test data, and drive improvements to the test framework within a DevOps-aligned environment. Strong金融 services background is required.

Qualifications

• MSc/BS in CS or related field preferred.
• Experience tester across multiple products and processes in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and design test approaches for changes.
• Create test plans and cases for functionalities to be developed.
• Track test cases to design/requirements documents.
• Collaborate with SMEs and management to sign off on test approach.
• Execute test plans and record results with evidence.
• Identify issues for failing or conditional test cases.
• Ensure UAT environment stability and test connections to counterparties.
• Enhance the LGT Crestone test framework in line with DevOps principles.
• Manage standardised test data with the Lead QE and team.
• Work across Avaloq, data integrations, and APIs.
