B.Pure Australia Pty Ltd in Regents Park, NSW, is seeking a Quality Control Officer to ensure manufacturing documentation and packaging meet specifications before release.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF proofing tools; prior QA/QC or artwork prepress experience is desirable.
B.Pure Australia Pty Ltd – Regents Park NSW
B.Pure Australia is a TGA-licensed sponsor and OEM brand owner of premium health supplements, including the Vitatree, Vital Code and BluePURE ranges. We develop and release listed complementary medicines manufactured under contract in Australia and distribute across Australian pharmacy channels and the Vietnamese market, the headquarter in Regents Park, 200 meters away from the train station.
The Quality Control Officer is the accuracy gate between our manufacturers and the finished product our customers receive. The role verifies that manufacturing documentation is correct, that print-ready artwork matches the approved master, and that incoming packaging and bulk stock meet specification and quality standards before release. It is a detail-critical, compliance-facing role: a single missed labelling or documentation error can trigger a product recall or regulatory non-conformance, so precision and disciplined process are non-negotiable.
Verify that documents received from contract manufacturers — specifications, Certificates of Analysis, batch records and finished-goods documentation — are complete, accurate and match the agreed product and order details.
Cross-check documentation against internal specifications and purchase orders, and flag discrepancies to the Operations and Purchasing teams before goods are accepted.
Check supplier print-ready artwork and pre-production proofs against the approved master artwork, confirming text, active ingredient statements, dosage, warnings, claims, AUST L/AUST R details, barcodes, batch/expiry fields and regulatory statements are correct.
Operate the B.Pure artwork confirmation workflow (multi-gate sign-off SOP), ensuring each gate is completed and documented before print approval is released.
Inspect printed packaging and components received from overseas suppliers against approved samples and specifications — checking print quality, colour, dimensions, material, finish and defects.
Conduct incoming quality checks on bulk and finished stock ordered from contract manufacturers against specification (appearance, count/fill, packaging integrity, labelling and coding accuracy).

Physically able to undertake warehouse tasks, including standing for periods and lifting/handling stock as required.
Right to work in Australia.
Prior experience in QA/QC, artwork/prepress proofing, or a pharmacy dispensary/assistant role (desirable).
