Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Corrections Victoria, is seeking a Supervisor, Quality and Compliance to ensure Barwon Prison's adherence to department, state and federal legislation and human rights obligations. You will lead quality assurance reviews, advise on emerging risks, and manage policy changes in a custodial setting.

• Monitor and report on the location's compliance with local and overarching policies and procedures
• Facilitate the review, update and administration of local policy documents with consideration to department, state and federal legislation and regulations, including the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006
