Job summary

Opal is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to safeguard ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and FSC Chain of Custody at the Maryvale site. You will lead internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure ongoing compliance across all certifications.

You will own the audit schedule, map evidence, and drive corrective actions with site teams, delivering transparent reports to leadership and guiding risk mitigation efforts.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and FSC Chain of Custody.
• Formal Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualifications with hands-on audit leadership experience.
• Proven track record auditing for ongoing compliance and mapping frameworks to daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit programs and manage external certification audits.
• Maintain audit-readiness with comprehensive evidence mapping for ISO and FSC requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis of non-conformances and drive CAPAs with cross-functional teams.
• Provide independent reporting on audit findings, compliance status, and risk to site leadership.
