Job summary

Columbia Aged Care in Chatswood invites an experienced Care Services Manager to shape day-to-day clinical operations and drive resident outcomes. This role blends leadership with clinical practice and supports staff development.

You will lead nursing and care teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the Facility Service Manager to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aimed at quality life for residents.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse.
• National Police Check and full Australian working rights.
• Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care.
• Strong clinical leadership and people management.
• Solid understanding of aged care compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily personal and clinical care programs to achieve resident outcomes.
• Lead and empower care teams of RNs, care staff, and allied health to foster high performance.
• Champion Aged Care Quality Standards, oversee funding processes, and maintain accreditation readiness.
• Analyze clinical data and incident trends to implement proactive safety and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advocate for residents and families with personalized care plans respecting individual rights.

Job description

As our Care Services Manager, you will shape the day-to-day clinical operations of our Chatswood facility, fostering an environment where both staff and residents thrive. You will work closely with the Facility Service Manager to oversee clinical delivery, support clinical teamsdevelopment, manage clinical risks, and drive meaningful health outcomes every single day.

What You'll Do

• Drive clinical care excellence: Direct and optimize daily personal and clinical care programs to ensure outstanding resident outcomes in line with national standards.
• Lead and empower care teams: Supervise, coach, and support Registered Nurses, care staff, and allied health professionals to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Master regulatory & funding compliance: Champion Aged Care Quality Standards, oversee AN-ACC/funding processes, and maintain continuous accreditation readiness.
• Champion continuous improvement: Analyze clinical data and incident trends to implement proactive safety, medication management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advocate for residents & families: Act as a key liaison for families and residents, guaranteeing personalized care plans that respect individual rights and choices.

What You Bring

• Current AHPRA registration asRegisteredNurse.

• PreviousCare Manager experience within Residential Aged Care
