Job summary

EPG Payroll & HR Australia is seeking a full-time experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold high quality standards. The role focuses on developing and maintaining QA systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading strategic regulatory initiatives.

You will support management in gaining approvals, drive leadership through regulatory changes, participate in risk management, and travel as needed for audits and supplier support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• ISO certifications highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

The daily duties and responsibilities include:

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive quality assurance system.
• Communicate regulatory issues to assure full understanding and compliance.
• Provide management to the organisation in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to gain approvals.
• Provide leadership and direction for significant regulatory changes that may impact compliance status or represent significant business risk.
• Participate in the Risk Management program.
• Be available to travel both nationally and internationally as required conducting audits and providing support to suppliers and other companies association the group.
• Carry out additional duties that may be assigned to you.

Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $80,000 – 110,000 excluding superannuation.
