Job summary

Noble Beverages Pty Ltd is seeking a quality-focused professional to join our small QA/QC team and support night shift production from 10pm to 6am. Based on site, you will ensure foods safety and quality processes align with regulatory and internal standards.

Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, you will implement and maintain HACCP-based controls, lead internal audits, manage supplier quality, handle customer inquiries, and provide ongoing training to Operations while tracking KPIs weekly.

Qualifications

• Night shift availability to cover 10pm–6am.
• Minimum 1–2 years QA experience in FMCG.
• HACCP, Food Standards knowledge required.
• Understanding of current food legislation and microbiology.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System and external certifications.
• Develop and implement the QA schedule (audits, calibration, recalls, pest control, HACCP reviews).
• Maintain and continuously improve the approved supplier programme.
• Root Cause Analysis for food quality incidents or process variations.
• Customer query and complaints management.
• Training: Provide ongoing coaching and development to Operations.
• KPI reporting on a weekly /monthly basis

Job description

To cover Night Shift production hours 10pm to 6am - if you are not able to work these hours please don't apply for the role.

Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, you will be a key member of small Quality team. The primary objective of this role is responsible to ensure all food safety and quality activities are completed, while also working closely with production, maintenance and other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. You will be joining a team with a supportive and well established culture focused team work and the delivery of results.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain the ABH Quality Management System and external certifications (HACCP, etc)
• Develop and implement the QA Management System schedule (e.g. Internal Audits, Calibration, Mock recalls, Pest control, HACCP review meetings, Food safety Culture etc.)
• Maintain and continuously improve the approved supplier programme.
• Root Cause Analysis for food quality incidents or processes variations.
• Customer query and complaints management
• Training: Provide ongoing coaching and development to Operations
• KPI reporting on a weekly /monthly basis

To Succeed With Us You'll Need:

• To be available to work night shifts (10pm-6am)
• Tertiary Qualifications in food science, microbiology or a related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience in FMCG environment
• HACCP Certification
• Understanding of HACCP, Food Standards
• Knowledge of current food legislation, regulatory requirements, microbiology.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
