Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a QA Officer to lead site quality activities and ensure warehouse operations run smoothly in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires 2-3 years in quality or operational roles within pharma or food sectors, exposure to temperature-controlled environments, audit experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will uphold GMP standards and quality management principles while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years quality and/or operational experience in pharmaceutical or food industry
• Exposure to temperature controlled environment
• Internal or external audit experience
• Understanding of Quality Management principles
• High level knowledge of Australian Code of GMP
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Superior verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• QA support and management for clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct on-site audits
• Document internal quality assurance activities
• Investigate customer enquires
• Collect and compile statistical quality data
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Monitor risk management activities
• Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
