Job summary

Ausgreen Solar Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality management framework across residential and commercial solar PV, storage, EV charging and heat-pump activities. The role ensures sales handovers, procurement, installation coordination and after-sales service meet standards and regulatory requirements.

You will drive internal audits, define quality KPIs, manage documentation controls and oversee supplier quality for components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher qualification in business, commerce, quality management, risk, finance, operations or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain Ausgreen's quality management system, policies and procedures using ISO 9001-aligned principles.
• Map and review the complete customer and project lifecycle from lead qualification through installation scheduling, commissioning, handover and after-sales support.
• Establish quality gates for sales-to-operations handover, system documentation and project close-out.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits and process reviews across locations and operations.
• Monitor completeness and accuracy of project compliance files including designs, equipment records and warranties.
• Lead root-cause investigations into defects and complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a complaint and service-action framework with ownership, due dates and escalation thresholds.
