Job summary

Career Team seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to develop and execute QA plans for the Deep East Texas project, supervising the QA team and coordinating with leadership to ensure program compliance. The role drives continuous improvement across service areas and requires travel to Workforce Solutions Centers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or higher and have experience with WIOA, TANF, and SNAP, plus strong analytical and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and supervising staff in a similar capacity.
  • Experience with quality assurance, monitoring, or compliance in a workforce or grant-funded setting.
  • Knowledge of WIOA, TANF, and SNAP, and the Texas Work In Texas system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decisions.
  • MS Word and Excel proficiency; ability to learn specialized databases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor quality assurance aspects of workforce programs.
  • Supervise Quality Assurance Specialists and provide training.
  • Ensure compliance with state policies and program guidelines.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to deliver training on policy and compliance.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Report issues to leadership and drive resolutions.
  • Review enrollments, funding requests, and case notes for accuracy.
  • Support monitoring, quality reviews, and audits; maintain program integrity.
