Job summary

• Manage defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies and tools.
• Provide input on product design and usability to ensure a seamless user experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. What You'll Do:

• Conduct various types of manual testing such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Manage defects and issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools
• Provide input on product design and usability to ensure a seamless user experience

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual testing, Automation is a plus
• Experience working in Fast paced Agile/Scrum development environment
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for finding elusive bugs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
