Job summary

Pact Group Holdings Ltd's Pact Packaging division is seeking a Quality Advisor to oversee the site's Quality Management System and sustain certification standards. In this role you will lead quality and environmental compliance programs, drive investigations and corrective actions, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications

Experience in a Quality/QA role within manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or similar standards.
Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead site quality, compliance programs.
Maintain and improve the QMS and certification standards.
Drive quality investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve performance.
Promote a strong quality and safety culture through coaching, training and continuous improvement.
Support site HSE initiatives, including risk assessments, audits and hazard management.
