This is an exciting opportunity to join Menarock LIFE as a Quality and Compliance Officer. In this full-time role, you will work closely with onsite leadership teams and senior management to drive quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and best practice clinical governance across our Victorian, NSW and Tasmanian homes.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and reporting on quality and compliance across Menarock LIFE's aged care facilities
• Conducting onsite and desktopaudits, reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing quality improvement plans
• Providing training and support to staff on quality and compliance requirements
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance
• Maintaining detailed records and preparing comprehensive reports
