Quality Advisor – Electrical

Location: BESS Project in Mudgee, New South Wales.

About the Role

• Support implementation of project Quality Management System to ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
• Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical works to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify, manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the success of project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide support to delivery teams (engineers, supervisors, surveyors) in meeting contractual requirements in relation to Quality Management.
• Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality.
• Provide technical quality expertise for the project.
• Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality.
• Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
• Perform all duties in accordance with project policies, processes, systems and procedures.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience as a QA Advisor or equivalent.
• Well-developed leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.
• Construction Induction Card (White card).
