Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a quality professional to support a large pumped-storage energy construction project in Australia. The role focuses on mechanical quality work packages and operates on a two-weeks-on, one-week-off fly-in/fly-out roster.

You will maintain the project quality system, review subcontractor documentation, assist audits, investigate non-conformances and monitor quality performance with delivery teams to implement practical controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering/science/building/construction/quality or project management.
• Experience as a quality representative on substantial construction works is preferred (3+ years).
• Strong inspection, audit, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project quality system and prepare inspection, sampling and testing procedures.
• Review subcontractor documentation and inspect site work against technical and quality requirements.

The Opportunity

RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

• A relevant degree in engineering, science, building, construction, quality or project management.
• Ideally at least three years working as a quality representative on substantial construction works.
• Mechanical quality assurance experience and capability to develop and implement quality systems.
• Energy, power or resources project exposure is advantageous.
• Effective inspection, audit, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
