Job summary

Fulton Hogan Utilities on the Gold Coast is seeking a Quality Advisor to join our ten-year program delivering world-class infrastructure for the City of Gold Coast and surrounding communities.

You will drive the Quality Management Plan, audit systems, and collaborate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to achieve compliant works and continuous improvement. ISO9001 knowledge and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a similar role in an engineering or construction environment.
• Understanding of ISO9001.
• Experience working with QAntrol or similar Quality Management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely 2.0 Culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management Plan.
• Monitor, inspect and audit quality systems to ensure IMS compliance, including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Effectively implement quality processes such as Lot management, Non-conformances, Hold and Witness Points.
• Liaise with Client, Designers, Subcontractors to drive Quality outcomes.
• Develop Inspection and Test plans (ITP's) and verification checklists for compliant works and products.
• Conduct quality assessments, site visits and audits to identify performance improvements.

We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with an experienced Quality Advisor to join our 10 year program of works for the City of Gold Coast. In this role you'll be responsible for:
