Job summary

People 2U is seeking experienced Pick Packers and Reach Drivers for a fast-paced role in a major logistics operation. The positions require accurate picking/packing using RF scanning and operation of warehouse systems, with strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

Applicants must have a current police check (within 6 months) and valid Australian working rights. Immediate start is available for the right candidate with flexible shifts across day, afternoon and night times.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers and Reach Drivers to join our client's dynamic and hard working team located in Villawood Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established logistics company, with immediate start available!

Pay Rate:

- $33.85 per hour (Day Shift)
- $37.91 per hour (Afternoon Shift)
- $41.98 per hour (Night Shift)

Shift Flexibility:

Must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM – flexibility across shifts is required.

Key Requirements:

Strong picking/packing capability with RF scanning experience. (mandatory)

Confident computer skills (warehouse systems, scanning, basic data entry)

Must have a valid police check completed within the last 6 months.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and capable of consistently lifting as required.
