Job summary

Australian Personnel Solutions in Banksmeadow is seeking reliable Pick Packers and Forklift Drivers for ongoing weekday work in a modern warehouse. Start times are 6:00am or 8:00am, with duties including RF scanning, packing, palletizing, and dispatch prep.

Candidates should have warehouse experience, an LF forklift license (for forklift roles), and be available Monday to Friday with full Australian working rights. Pre-employment checks and a current ASIC card are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with RF scanning is required.
• Current LF forklift license is required for forklift positions.
• Demonstrated experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts for forklift roles.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday and full working rights in Australia.
• A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one; ability to pass a medical.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners.
• Operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts (forklift positions only).
• Labeling, checking and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Breaking down pallets and sorting stock.
• Wrapping pallets and staging orders for dispatch.
• Manual handling up to 25kg; maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Pick Packers and Forklift Drivers to join a leading global logistics company based in Banksmeadow.

With ongoing work available and 6:00am and 8:00am start times, this is a great opportunity to secure consistent weekday employment within a modern warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, your duties will include:

• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
• Operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts (forklift positions only)
• Labelling, checking and preparing orders for dispatch
• Breaking down pallets and sorting stock
• Wrapping pallets and staging orders for dispatch
• Manual handling of goods weighing up to 25kg
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you will have:

• Previous warehouse experience, including RF scanning
• A current LF forklift license (for forklift positions)
• Demonstrated experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts (for forklift positions)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Full working rights in Australia
• A current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical
• A current ASIC card (desirable but not essential)
