Job summary

People 2U in Villawood, Sydney, is seeking experienced Pick Packers and Reach Drivers for immediate start with a well-established logistics company. We are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers and Reach Drivers to join our client's dynamic and hard working team located in Villawood Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established logistics company, with immediate start available!

About the Role:

Pay Rate:- $33.85 per hour (Day Shift)- $37.91 per hour (Afternoon Shift)- $41.98 per hour (Night Shift)

Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM – flexibility across shifts is required.

Key Requirements:

Strong picking/packing capability with RF scanning experience. (mandatory)

Confident computer skills (warehouse systems, scanning, basic data entry)

Must have a valid police check completed within the last 6 months.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

High attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physically fit and capable of consistently lifting as required.
