Blended Services Group is a Melbourne-based construction and landscape company seeking a qualified plumber to join Maintenance and Construction teams. You will carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance, perform plumbing and gasfitting tasks for commercial and residential sites, and coordinate on-site projects.

Reporting to the Trade Manager, you will lead zones, supervise plumbers, order materials, and ensure safety and quality standards. A White/Red Card and OH&S understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Qualified Plumber in maintenance or commercial settings.
• Plumbing qualifications; roofing experience; gas servicing qualifications preferred.
• White/Red Card;OH&S responsibilities and practices understood.

Responsabilités

What we are looking for :

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Qualified Plumber to join our Maintenance and Construction teams. Reporting to the Trade Manager, we are looking for someone who is a motivated and can independently run jobs from the ground, ensuring work is delivered safely and on time.

What the role entails :

Carry out both scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to our clients

Undertake general plumbing and gasfitting maintenance for both commercial building facilities and residential properties

Utilise app-based field technology to complete works

Select and use appropriate equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions and our policies and procedures

Raise and close off work orders within specified timelines

Ability to work in a team or remote environment with a safety and quality focused mindset

Run and coordinate allocated zones and associated commercial plumbing projects on site

Assist with leading and supervising plumbers

Order materials and coordinate deliveries

Liaise with builders, site supervisors and project managers

Ensure compliance with OH&S and company procedures

Be accountable for site-related directions and outcomes

Maintain quality control and productivity across projects

What we are looking for :

Minimum of 3years experience working as a Qualified Plumber in either a maintenance or commercial setting

Plumbing Qualifications

Roofing experience Gas Servicing qualifications will be highly regarded

Time management and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated understanding of OH&S responsibilities, functions, and practices

Satisfactory White/Red Card

Flexible to work a rotating on call roster
