Job summary

Adelaide General Plumbing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our service team. You will perform reactive and planned maintenance across commercial properties in a hands-on role, with fault finding, repairs and routine servicing.

You’ll diagnose issues quickly and ensure work meets Australian Plumbing Standards and safety requirements. There is no on-call roster, so your time outside work hours is your own.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification: Cert III in Plumbing (must be fully qualified).
• Experience in commercial service and maintenance plumbing with strong fault-finding skills.
• Current White Card.
• Valid driver’s licence and a good set of hand tools.
• Professional, friendly manner; pride in neat workmanship.
• Reliable, self-motivated and safety-conscious; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend reactive service calls and diagnose and repair plumbing faults quickly.
• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on commercial properties.
• Clear blockages and repair or replace taps, toilets, valves, pipework and hot water systems.
• Service and test plumbing fixtures and equipment (backflow prevention, tempering valves, hot water units).
• Complete job paperwork accurately on time, including notes and photos.
• Communicate clearly with customers, site contacts and our office team.
• Ensure all work meets Australian Plumbing Standards and safety requirements.

Are you a trade-qualified plumber who enjoys problem-solving and keeping commercial sites running? We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our service team, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across commercial properties.

This is a hands-on service role. Your days will be varied, with a mix of service calls, fault finding and repairs, and planned maintenance work. There is no on-call roster, so your time outside work hours is your own.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Need
