Capers Early Learning Northgate is expanding our team and seeking Experienced Educators for full-time roles. Our centre is conveniently located near the Northgate station with easy bus access, in a leafy setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Demonstrated ability to work well with families and other educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing care for children.
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
• Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs.
• Evaluate effectiveness of different programs.
• Create a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment.

Capers Early Learning Northgate are growing and now seeking Experienced Educators to join our team on a full-time basis! Our Centre is located a short walk from the Northgate train station and have a bus stop just out the front of the centre. We are nestled in a leafy street surrounded by houses and farmland.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing care for children
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
• Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
• Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
• Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
• Assist children with personal hygiene routines

Requirements & experience:

• Must already hold Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Current Working with Children Check
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
• Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other Educators
• Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
