Job summary

Only About Children is seeking Casual Educators to support rooms across Freshwater, Brookvale and Seaforth campuses. Bring warmth, flexibility and care to children's routines, play and learning.

You will work across ages, adapt quickly, and help with meals, rest, transitions, and personal care while upholding child safety and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Early learning experience preferred.
• Flexible, reliable and a positive attitude.
• Warm communication with children, families and teams.
• Understanding of supervision, routines and child-safe practices.
• Confident adapting across rooms and age groups.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, kind care in busy settings across campuses.
• Support routines: meals, rest, transitions, hygiene and personal care.
• Engage in play, observe curiosity and support learning.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and educators.
• Adapt quickly across rooms, ages and routines to keep rooms stable.

About the role

I need safe, kind grown-ups around me, even when the day is busy or different. As a Casual Qualified Educator, you will support rooms across the campus, bringing warmth, flexibility and care into children's routines, play and learning.

What you'll bring
