Job summary

North Richmond Bistro in NSW is hiring a Qualified Chef to join our kitchen team. The role offers full-time, part-time or casual hours, with a focus on fresh, contemporary Australian bistro fare and high-quality customer service.

You will handle food preparation, cooking, grilling and plating, work with the team to plan menus, monitor stock, and help train apprentices. Applicants must have at least 3 years' experience and full Australian working rights.

The North Richmond Bistro is highly regarded as being one of the leading hotel bistro's in the Hawkesbury and is operated by a team with over 20 years in the district's dining scene. Our collaboration in the redevelopment of the historic North Richmond Hotel has been an overwhelming success and an exciting step in our journey to provide a quality and affordable dining experience.

About the Role

We now have a vacancy for a Qualified Chef to join the team on a full-time, part time or casual basis. Our menus are a fresh take on classic bistro offerings enhanced by contemporary Australian restaurant items. Regularly reviewed to maintain interest and adjusted for seasonal factors. Specials which give our chefs the opportunity to shine are a regular feature.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

About You
