Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing (YMH) is seeking a qualified carpenter to join our Mulwala NSW team. The role is full-time with a focus on quality workmanship, safety, and collaborative problem solving in a busy modular building environment.

You will work with a team of trades to deliver high-quality modular dwellings and commercial projects, with opportunities for career progression and upskilling. A White Card and valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• White card and a current driver's licence are required.
• Proficient knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to follow procedures and improve efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out qualified carpentry activities.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects.
• Provide guidance to apprentices when required.
• Ensure compliance with National Construction Code, Australian Standards and safety requirements.
• Maintain clean and organised work areas.
• Meet production schedules and deadlines.
