Peter Kittle Motor Company is seeking qualified Automotive Technicians/Motor Mechanics across our SA, VIC and NSW dealership network. The role involves servicing, diagnosing faults, and performing manufacturer/warranty repairs with a focus onquality workmanship.

We offer a base salary ranging from $79,423 to $85,000 per year, plus performance bonuses, ongoing manufacturer training, and clear career progression within a family‑owned business.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician or Motor Mechanic.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dealership experience is valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Completing manufacturer and warranty repairs.
• Maintaining accurate workshop documentation.
• Delivering high‑quality workmanship with attention to detail.
• Following safety procedures and workshop standards.
• Collaborating with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians.

About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Completing manufacturer and warranty repairs
• Maintaining accurate workshop documentation
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Following safety procedures and workshop standards
• Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians
