Job summary

Buttercups Childcare is seeking highly engaged Educators with Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care to join our team in Western Australia. You will deliver day-to-day care, support learning, and build nurturing relationships with children and families in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations
• Warm, caring personality with excellent communication to build relationships with children, families and staff

We are looking for a highly engaged certificate III and diploma qualified Educators to join our team

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
• Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
• Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.

What you bring to the table:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
• A warm and caring personality.
• Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
• A current WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
