Job summary

Brighton Toyota is seeking a skilled Accessory Fitter to join our workshop team in Brighton. You will fit and install a wide range of genuine vehicle accessories, including tow bars, roof racks, bull bars, steps and electronics, ensuring high-quality results.

We value practical problem solving, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A Full Australian driver’s licence is required, with relevant automotive qualifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Fit and install a wide range of genuine vehicle accessories.
• Install tow bars, roof racks, bull bars, steps, protection products and electronics.
• Complete installations to a high standard with focus on quality and detail.
• Work closely with Service, Parts and Sales teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop.

What you will be doing

• Fitting and installing a wide range of genuine vehicle accessories
• Installing tow bars, roof racks, bull bars, steps, protection products, electronics and other accessories
• Completing installations to a high standard with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Working closely with our Service, Parts and Sales teams
• Diagnosing and resolving installation issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as an Automotive Accessory Fitter or similar automotive role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem solving skills
• High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive, reliable and professional attitude
• Full Australian driver's licence
• Relevant automotive qualifications are highly regarded
• Work with quality Toyota vehicles and genuine accessories
